Returns and Refunds

Cancellations & Order Changes

Due to our curated marketplace model, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or order changes once an order has been placed. That said, we can often accommodate updates for orders that have not yet shipped.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has been dispatched, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with initiating a return, provided the item is eligible.

Please note that items marked Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation or return.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@soireeseason.com within 30 days of your delivery date. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for next steps. For exchanges, please specify the item you would like to receive in place of your return.


Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and designer labels attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons.

Eligible returns received within 30 days will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card, as applicable.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may be accepted at our discretion and, if approved, will be issued as store credit only.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted.
  • If an item arrives without tags, please notify customerservice@soireeseason.com immediately upon delivery.

All returns must be authorized by Soirée Season. Please do not send items back using a personal shipping label. To ensure proper tracking and timely processing, returns must be shipped using the label provided by our team.
