2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

3. Registry features

You may create and share registries. We may display registry items publicly if you choose sharing features. We’re not responsible for third-party sharing outside our controls.

4. Products, pricing, and availability

We curate products from independent brands and vintage sources. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change. Displayed colors/sizing may vary slightly.

5. Orders, fulfillment, and shipping

Orders may be fulfilled by Soirée Season or directly by vendors/brands. Shipping times are estimates. Risk of loss passes at delivery according to the carrier’s terms.

6. Returns & store credit

Our return approach may reference a vendor’s own policy. Where returns are accepted, refunds are typically issued as store credit unless stated otherwise on the product page. Some items (e.g., vintage, personalized, or made-to-order) may be final sale. See product pages for specifics.

7. Gift orders & messages

If you purchase from a registry, we may share recipient details with the fulfilling party to deliver the gift and any gift message.

8. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity; no scraping or interfering with site operation.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (brand names, trademarks, images, copy) is owned by Soirée Season or our partners. You may not copy, modify, or use it without permission.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services (e.g., Shopify, payment providers, vendor tools). Their terms may apply when you interact with them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to the site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Soirée Season against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. (Update this if you prefer arbitration.)
